Grow lights for indoor plants: a use-based comparison
Compare grow lights for your setup: one pot, a shelf or a collection. This commercial selection describes uses; it is not an independent ranking or laboratory test.
Choose a format before a wattage
Measure the width of the foliage and the available mounting height. Note the natural light, outlet locations and room constraints. Then compare models using their product pages and instructions; watts do not measure the light received by the plant.
Three formats and their constraints
| Use | Product to consider | Compatibility to check |
|---|---|---|
| Single plant | SpectraBULB X20 | Socket, fixture, direction and distance |
| Plant shelf | SpectraB2G X45 | Length, mounting, clearance and power supply |
| Collection or dedicated setup | TM PRO | Variant, coverage width, settings and approved environment |
The product page is the reference for dimensions, accessories, prices and availability. Check the variant before ordering; this table does not guarantee that one model suits every location.
What a genuine test would need to document
A measured comparison must specify the model, variant, setting, distance, area, measuring instrument and test conditions. Lit photographs should come from the actual setup. No PPFD value, noise level or customer review is invented here.
Everyday comfort and cost
Consider mounting, cable routing, positioning to limit glare and timer controls. Calculate electricity costs with the watts × hours × rate calculator; check the current price on the product page when making your choice.
For a particular species, start with the Monstera selection guide or the Alocasia Frydek care guide, then compare all indoor plant lights.
